Heart Attack!
It is amazing what a Heart Attack and 6 bypass emergency surgery can do to stop you in your tracks! Consider me stopped. I am too young for this kind of stuff. Things like this aren’t suposta happen when you are 57! But it did. And now I am in the life assessment stage of my facing death and trying to figure out how to avoid it until I am a proper age to fall apart. I am now eating a heart healthy diet. Walking 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. Taking meds like crazy. And most important of all - working very hard at reducing the stress I was feeling. So far it is going pretty good. I think Adam and I will slowly start our consulting again - but on a heart healthy game plan. I did find out a bit of great news as far as my diet is concerned. Well let me set the stage first. I was told a glass of wine every now and then was good for the heart. I was told it lowered blood pressure and reduced stress. Now don’t get me wrong, wine if fine. But a good sipping whiskey is much better. I have a bottle of Crown Royal with a handle, any bottle of Crown with a handle is a whisky drinkers dream, just sitting there looking lonely! Well, I found out that an ounce or two of whiskey gave the same results as a glass or two of wine! Outstanding! I also realized that that bottle of Blanton’s that sells for about $50 is now well within my budget since I can only have an ounce or two every now and then. Things seem to work themselves out.
Anyway, Twotargets is coming to life again. Soon I will be putting my arms up again and it won’t hurt quite as much.
